Over recent months, I found myself exploring something unexpected alongside my usual work.

Rather than creating another programme, another process, or another list of things to improve, a collection of supportive audio frequencies began to emerge naturally.

Each frequency carried its own unique emotional energy.

One supported receiving.

One supported ease.

Another supported feeling safe to be fully seen or trust through uncertainty and change.

What fascinated me most was that they did not feel like traditional meditations.

They were never designed to “fix” anyone.

Instead, they felt more like gentle companions.
