1. Wake Up Early.

Waking up early during the day is a smart and great way to add minutes to the clock.

It may be a pain getting used to the wake up time at first.

But after a couple of days of waking up at the same time, you’ll body clock will get adjusted and you’ll start to wake up early without an alarm.

2. Get Out of Bed Early.

Waking up early is one thing, but it’s pretty pointless if you’re going to wake up and stay in bed.

Granted not everyone is a bright and energetic person when they wake up.

So give yourself time to open your eyes, allow the rest of your body to wake up with you, and also drink some water.

Then after a good 5 minutes, you should aim to get up, walk around, and stretch a bit.

Maybe even walking to the bathroom and washing your face. It’s only once you’re out of bed your day finally starts.

3. Plan Ahead.

If you really want to make the most out of your day then you ought to start by planning ahead for it.

This doesn’t necessarily mean scheduling your activities down to the minute.

But instead, you want to have an idea of what is you plan to do today.

Maybe sort it out depending on the part of the day, as in the morning, afternoon, and night.

The best solution is to take on more things to do like part time jobs, passion projects, hobbies, or social activities.

Get your first set of tools for lock picking, and start right away. It’s a hobby that requires patience and focus, especially at the beginning, and a good way to pass the time definitely.

By doing this you’ll be filling up your schedule with fun stuff to do, and also branching out and meeting new people, making new connections, and learning new skills.

5. Take Time For Yourself.

Take some time out of your day and apply it to your own self.

For instance, you want to dedicate a portion of your day to yourself by either meditating, relaxing, and also working out.
