Have a clear look at your surroundings, how is it? Is the world around you beautiful or horrible? You are responsible for the reality you surround yourself with but it also affects your vibe. So if things are good around you, it means your vibration is high.
This monitoring technique will reveal to you the status of your vibe in relationship with your environment. If it’s low than there is something in your environment you should change.
2. Monitor synchronicities.
If you are seeing the series of numbers like, 1111, 2222, 3333 or 1234 etc, or if songs you just thought of start playing on the radio, then it is a sign that you are on high vibration. The higher your vibe the more synchronicities will happen.
This monitoring technique will reveal to you the status of your vive in relationship with your purpose. If it’s low than it means you are not quite where you need to be spiritually and purpose wise.

Feeling emotions of happiness, joyfulness, you feel energetic, then your vibration is high. If you are feeling emotions of anger, sadness, contempt, then your vibe is low. And remember that it’s not mainly about the emotions as much as it’s about what they tell you.

Do you feel energy in your body? Are you ready for any challenge? Do you feel healthy and strong? If yes, then you have high vibration. But if you are sick or injured or are suffering from pain, then your energy might be low.
