Marisa Padilla is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her encouraging and motivating personality.

She is a philanthropist, a life coach and a motivational speaker. She didn’t graduate from high school but that didn’t prevent her from chasing her dreams and reaching her goals.

She says that in order to really help her clients she listens deeply to what they have to say.

Her approach is always client focused and she customizes her methods depending on each individual. She believes that we were all created for a purpose and with a purpose. Here is what she said.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Thank you for asking. We are doing well.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It really has been hard for most.

For me I was fortunately not affected by it. My business grew.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Nothing is ever guaranteed but all things can be worked out and you can still thrive in life biggest hurdles.

In the hardest times of life is where true strength, character and grit is born.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a Philanthropist, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker.

I started my journey long ago but went full time almost 2 years ago now.

I’ve always had a passion to serve others and found that sharing my story in full transparency from the extremely difficult times to what has led me to the most beautiful times in order to help others stay encouraged and continue to pursue their dream.

One of my stories I love to share is that I did not graduate from high school but that did not stop me.

Even though I did receive my GED, school just wasn’t for me.

I pursued my dream and it led me to making half a million a year.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Being bullied as young child to marrying someone who was just as hard on me. And yet, pushing through and having faith in God and myself to know that I was meant to live a purposeful life.

Only God knows the burning desires of my heart therefore, I will trust in Him and Him alone to see my dream become my reality.

Faith without work is dead so having both has led me to where I am today.

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I listen.

Listening to each and every single individual gives you the knowledge and understanding of how to help serve that particular person.

We all have a story and each one of our stories matters.

In order to be a well respected coach you need to be fully transparent and honest with who you are.

The more hardships we face in the we become more of an asset to the world as we are then more relatable which allows you to understand and continue to grow in your career all the while serving others.

You see.. while one is out helping and serving someone it actually serves you.

For that reason alone I am honored to live out my passion in helping serve.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I focus on the takeaway from the moments in life that were hard or beautiful and how to showcase the messy times in our life as actually a beautiful message, it is all perception.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Seeing the transformation and confidence that is born through a different way of thinking and watching others dreams become their reality.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Every single individual is different so in order to truly help serve that individual I listen to them, hear their story and then I know how to best serve them.

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Believe in yourself.

Know that your mess can become the most beautiful message.

We are all created on purpose for a purpose, so live your life with confidence knowing you’re meant to be here and live a purposeful life.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

To cherish one another, enjoy the simple things, and to work endlessly on helping to make this world a little bit better before my time is up.

Unlimited Time is something no one has guaranteed so it is extremely important to cherish your time and the time of others and spend your time wisely.

God makes no mistakes.

You are created on purpose for a purpose and your mess can serve as a beautiful message.

Don’t quit on yourself and your dream. It has been instilled in you to be brought to life.
