WEEKLY CHALLENGE: I was afraid to exercise outside because I had panic attacks. I feared that I will have an attack in front of everyone and I will die. But one day I decided that this fear will not be a decision maker in my life, so I went to exercise outside. I started. I felt the panic attack coming. My heart pumping. My hands spasming. I was terrified. I had an urge to immediately leave… but I REMEMBERED WHAT I SAID TO MYSELF, WHAT I PROMISED. So I stayed. The panic attack came. First wave, Second WAVE, THIRD WAVE, fourth wave… and it passed. I continued with my exercise. From that day my panic attacks were just lower and lower, until they completely stopped.
