I love that, your body knows and it’s intelligent it will give you signs when to go when to stop. Listening to your own being is a severely under appreciated skill!
Of course! Our bodies are our temple and we treat it like crap most of the time but understanding you body is crucial you emotions thoughts its all part of the process because that’s how you realize who you are. In ancient times, every temple said to know thyself, so they were way more advanced than we are today.
