Dear beautiful soul,

the inner dialogue is a reflection of one different voices, influences and instances. A very important topic I will soon write about to bring forth more awareness.

If you constantly watch your inner dialogue you get an idea of your inner balance, your overall health, your connection to creation`s heart, and the strengths of your essence/soul.

When I am at my best, and I am at the moment, I dont have much of an inner dialogue. I have a heart overflowing with love and a quiet peace of mind. It is more “BEING” than “THINKING”. The heart replaces the mental energetic body.
