how do I maintain a growth mindset?

In my opinion, the best way is a mixture of energetic work, conciousness expansion and the radiation of constant unconditional love.

Energetically I daily return all my energy parts, soul parts, essence parts, clean it and re-integrate it into my being. Return my field into the best holy order. Center and core my being in optimization with my conciousness.

Conciousness is being expanded the best way in having always the observer on, watching and correcting all that is happening in one`s mind.

Love is growth, love is expansion, love is holiness, love is eternity.

You might be surprised, that you might change into a complete new essence/being.
