I would like to share with you my current sport and fitness challenge.
I started to a daily sport program spread over the whole day. I did not give up hope yet for a final beauty
moment before it is too late.All I need is Youtube and a mat. I chose daily between full body work out and stomach, legs butt, usually 25 minutes.
I chose between a couple of favorites streching for 15-25 minutes, usually in the evening.
Everyday I chose two of those short body part ones for health mainly. Arms, shoulder, feet, hips, etc.
They usually last 5-10 minutes each.So all together I do one hour spread in the day and it shows.
I highly recommend the German videos by Liebscher & Bracht. Energetically not ideal but good videos in case of pain and injuries.
I am easy to convince to find out about new things and to try.
Around 13 years ago, I was able to buy every week fresh herbs on the market. I mixed them as a smoothy and I was beautiful, radiant and the best version of myself.
I live in Europe`s biggest pine forest. I went into the forest to search for herbs. I wanted to just take plants home and try them, but was reminded I might poison myself. So I need to buy a book on herbs and learn first. Nonetheless, I looked up at these high frequency pine trees that are beautiful beyond words. I started to take home their pine and make tea out of it. My overall well-being has significantly increased and it smells so good. I am addicted to it. Things can be so cheap and easy.
