Dear beautiful soul,
as I am still recovering from severe accident damage, I have embarked on another 3 months challenge to do 2 hours a day sports, my last deed in Germany before finally moving. Swimming, the gym, Nordic walking, gymnastic are on the agenda. I have been doing 2 weeks so far and I love it. The body changes fast, I am getting pain free and muscly.
There comes a time in the fitness level when the body craves for activity instead of lazyness. This is when the tide turns fast, dont miss to surf this wave for your longterm health. The body starts telling you when it wants to rest and what it wants to do. Listen to it. The body computer has its own intelligence and is unbeatable. It is programmed to put itself back together perfectly.
In every day life, when you work or sit a lot, try to do some sort of sports every hour for 5 minutes, maybe a little trampolin, streching, a little stepper, an indoor bike, etc. This will keep the body in active mode and the cells can work ideally. Combine it with the Buteyko breathing method as I have already posted here.
