How do I deal with negative thoughts? I observe them, I don’t attach emotions to my thoughts, and I tell myself these aren’t my thoughts.

1. No matter what happens to you, don’t let it change you.
2. Listen, people tell you who they are.
3. Listen more, speak less.
4. It takes more strength to be kind in this cruel world.
