I like the words “correction” or “potential for improvement” better.

When I am being approached with criticism, I analysize the situation and try to improve. I see it as a chance to become a better version of myself. I sometimes ask the ones around me proactively of what they would critizise.

Again, the key is the clean and clear connection to your essence within you. It took me 10 years of intensive energy work to feel my pure essence and to listen to the voice in a dependable and safe way. My essence is so wise and has wider perspective, always heart based. She critized me in a constant way, so that my life is very smooth now. I have embodied the expectations and I try to be my best. It does not always work, but I try.
