Find Life Coach | Meet Joel Perri: How to Find Holy Ground Disguised as Clarity and Unleash Your Original Power?

402

Joel Perri is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with his. He impressed us with his deep wisdom, fun spirit, and unwavering passion for helping others.

He carries the weight of wisdom earned from boardrooms and battlefields of the soul. With every client, he brings the calm command of a CEO and the sacred stillness of a theologian. He’s not interested in surface level wins or chasing metrics for applause. He guides high achievers back to themselves, back to a place where ambition is no longer a mask but a mirror for purpose.

He listens differently. Where most hear problems to fix, he hears invitations to grow. With a few well placed questions, he dismantles decades of limiting narratives, not by force, but by awakening truth. His Interview IQ™ framework doesn’t just prepare clients for a moment, it reorients their identity for a lifetime of impact. It’s strategy built on soul.

He’s the coach you call when the stakes are high and your inner compass has gone quiet. His clients include executives, founders, artists, and change-makers who have it all, except peace. And with him, they find more than results. They find resonance. Because he knows: performance isn’t just about what you do. It’s about who you are while you do it. Here is what he said…

Name: Joel Perri

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: High performers, high level leaders and executives who want to find clarity, avoid burn out, and discover their original power all while talking with someone who understands them at a core level.

How they can help: By active listening, guiding from experience, sharing wisdom and coaching.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

EJ’s six now (joyful, brilliant, hilarious) and I’m learning to match his pace without missing the point.

The pandemic didn’t just stretch time… It bent reality.

People spiraled.

PIZZAGATE, anyone?

We chloroxed the plastic wrap on the paper towels like it was a biohazard.

And somehow Tiger King made sense.

Joe? Unwell.

That woman? Murdery.

Netflix gets an “A” for keeping society semi intact.

But looking back, I don’t miss the chaos.

I respect the clarity it gave me.

Today, we’re more grateful.

More grounded.

And way more amused by the things that used to steal our peace.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Careers collapsed, certainty dissolved, titles stopped mattering.

Clients weren’t asking what job to get, they were whispering: “Do I still matter?”

So I shifted from positioning to pastoring. From strategy to soul care.

As for me?

I cracked.

I asked for help.

I prayed.

And then, things moved in ways I couldn’t manufacture.

Because when you stop clenching, God starts delivering.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Chaos doesn’t destroy identity, it reveals it.

Safety doesn’t come from control, it comes from clarity.

Silence isn’t absence, it’s where truth reintroduces itself.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’m not the guy who read a book and started coaching.

I’ve led real teams, under real pressure, for real revenue.

I spent over a decade running a multimillion dollar business ranked #1 in our region.

I’m also an ordained pastor with a master’s in theology… I’ve preached, counseled, and carried the weight of lives behind every conversation.

So when I built Interview IQ™, it wasn’t a “career move.” It was a calling.

In under four months, I broke nine verified world records… including outperforming Netflix, Oprah, MrBeast, and Steve Jobs tributes across global YouTube homepage placements.

That wasn’t “viral”… That was intentional clarity detonated in a noisy world.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Being the strongest person in the room while secretly wondering if anyone would check on me.

Leadership is lonely.

Especially when you carry both vision and vulnerability.

I’ve been celebrated, ghosted, depended on, and dismissed, sometimes in the same week.

But I never stopped choosing joy.

And that’s the real flex.

Not the applause, the persistence.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I don’t push… I listen.

I don’t diagnose… I discern.

My coaching isn’t based on blueprints.

It’s based on sacred human pattern recognition.

I create the one space where pressure doesn’t distort, but transforms.

People don’t come to me for formulas.

They come when the frameworks stopped working.

When someone finally feels safe to be seen, speed becomes effortless.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I bring:

  1. The presence of a pastor…
  2. The precision of a CEO…
  3. The emotional accuracy of someone who actually listens…

I don’t hype, I heal…

I don’t push, I pace…

And I see what most coaches miss: The quiet grief of a high performer who forgot what joy feels like.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

  1. Self permission
  2. Magnetic articulation
  3. Résumés that resonate
  4. Peace instead of pressure
  5. Strategy without soul compromise
  6. They leave lighter, clearer, stronger, and more themselves than they’ve been in years.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Discernment over diagnosis.

Presence over productivity.

Permission over protocol.

No gimmicks… No dependency… Just real clarity for real people, moving in real time.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Jesus is the SuperHuman. You don’t need to ‘become enough’, you just need to stop resisting what He already made you to be.

Oh, and one more thing:

You’re not too much… you’re just overdue for the right room.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That I’m not the SuperHuman… Jesus is.

Everything beautiful I’ve built… every record, every breakthrough… was grace, not grind.

I don’t manufacture momentum, I walk in alignment.

And I give glory where it belongs… back to God.

Your final thoughts?

I’m not for everyone, that’s intentional.

But if you’re a high level leader quietly exhausted by noise, posturing, or performance driven burnout… I’m the one who will reintroduce you to your original power.

This isn’t just coaching…

This is recovery for the over responsible and under seen.

This is holy ground disguised as clarity.

This is the “White Mamba” of executive coaching, dunking on excuses, not selling empty hype.

I’m a father, a fighter, a faith filled competitor…

A walking testimony of what happens when grace meets grit.

And I’m here to remind you:

You were never meant to grind for your greatness… You were built to walk in it.
