364

Saynyeneyjay Tukan is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her focus and professionalism.

She is a Certified Clinical Scientist with a background in Histotechnology, Biology, and Public Health, but her journey into coaching began far from the lab. After years of battling chronic health issues, she founded Aruwkah Wellness, a private practice dedicated to helping high functioning women heal at the root. Her work is a powerful blend of clinical expertise and spiritual alignment, firmly grounded in her faith in Jesus Christ.

She overcame one of the greatest obstacles many women face, self abandonment. For too long, she poured her energy into systems that didn’t reflect the identity or calling God placed in her. Walking away from those misaligned spaces was the catalyst for transformation, both personally and professionally. Today, she helps other women do the same, rebuilding their lives and health from a place of truth, discernment, and integrity.

She now delivers custom wellness blueprints that integrate scientific data (like hormonal imbalances and nutritional deficiencies) with emotional resilience and nervous system regulation. Her coaching is strategic, clinical, and faith informed, offering not only relief from symptoms like PMS, fatigue, and cysts, but also a deeper understanding of the body and soul. Through structure, compassion, and spiritual insight, she leads her clients toward lasting, measurable healing. Here is what she said…

Name: Saynyeneyjay Tukan

Pillar: The Mind, The Body

Who is this coach for: High functioning women who want to take their health in their own hands with evidence based, root cause healing.

How they can help: By using various assessments, tools and evidence based techniques.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

By the grace of God, we are doing well.

At the start of the pandemic, I was still in college, completing my scientific training while witnessing the healthcare system respond to an unprecedented global crisis.

That season forced many of us to pause and reflect.

It revealed both personal and systemic imbalances (physically, emotionally, and spiritually) and brought me into deeper alignment with my purpose in the wellness field.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

At the time, I was still in college, so I wasn’t working directly with clients yet.

However, the pandemic deeply shaped my perspective.

It exposed glaring discrepancies in the healthcare system and highlighted just how disempowered and fearful many people felt when it came to their health.

I witnessed the confusion, the overwhelm, and the widespread reliance on external authority without personal understanding.

It impacted my studies and solidified my desire to create wellness solutions that are both clinically sound and accessible, especially for those without a scientific background.

That season became the foundation for my mission: to educate, equip, and empower people to understand what’s happening in their bodies so they can make informed, confident decisions.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

That health isn’t just the absence of disease, it’s the presence of alignment.

God is my source, and everything else is a resource.

Professionally, I learned that sustainable impact comes from simplifying, systematizing, and anchoring in purpose, not pressure.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’m a Certified Clinical Scientist specialized in Histotechnology and Immunohistochemistry, where I collaborate with pathologists for disease detection.

I have an academic background in Biology and Public Health.

I’ve worked in both academic and applied clinical settings, but my coaching journey began from a personal place.

After years of dealing with chronic health issues, I was led to create Aruwkah Wellness, a private wellness company focused on evidence based, root cause healing for high functioning women.

My work is clinically informed and spiritually grounded, with faith in Jesus Christ as my foundation.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Overcoming self abandonment was pivotal.

For years, I gave energy to systems and environments that didn’t reflect the identity or vision God placed in me.

Choosing to walk away from misaligned spaces and rebuild from a place of truth and clinical integrity was the turning point in both my life and business.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My coaching is driven by science and data, but personalized through discernment.

I create custom wellness blueprints that integrate clinical science (like hormonal data, inflammatory markers, and nutritional deficiencies) with lifestyle interventions such as nervous system regulation and targeted nutrition.

Every protocol is tailored, and I remain sensitive to the spiritual and emotional layers that influence a woman’s health.

This integrative, multi dimensional approach is what sets my work apart.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

It’s clinical, strategic, and faith-informed.

I don’t follow trends, I follow data and discernment.

My clients receive a structured framework that addresses hormonal imbalance, gut health, inflammation, and emotional resilience.

Each plan is grounded in scientific methodology and delivered with compassion.

I don’t offer one size fits all solutions.

I treat each case with precision.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My clients have reported significant results:

  1. Reduced ovarian cysts,
  2. Elimination of PMS symptoms,
  3. Regular cycles,
  4. Deeper sleep,
  5. Increased energy,
  6. Improved mental clarity,
  7. A renewed sense of peace.

These results are tracked through both subjective feedback and objective markers.

More importantly, clients walk away with a deeper understanding of their bodies and how to care for them long term.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes.

I use a secure client management platform that houses protocols, assessments, and personalized plans.

I also incorporate lab interpretation when clients share their test results, offering clear explanations to help them understand what the data means.

Combined with functional symptom tracking and regular check ins, this allows for a more precise and personalized approach to their care.

This ensures progress is measurable and sustainable.

My clinical background allows me to interpret complex health data while delivering care that is both structured and supportive.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Your body was designed with wisdom.

Healing begins with truth, not trend.

Advocate for yourself, ask deeper questions, and trust that your body is not betraying you, it’s communicating.

Partner with your biology, and invite the guidance of something greater than yourself.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The body is intelligent and communicative.

Symptoms are not enemies, they are messengers.

Healing occurs when we approach the body with respect, curiosity, and strategy.

On a personal level, honoring my body is also a form of honoring the God who created it.

Your final thoughts?

I believe healing should be evidence based, Holy Spirit led, and deeply personal.

Aruwkah Wellness isn’t just a brand, it’s a bridge.

My role is not to fix women, but to walk with them as they reconnect with the truth of their bodies.

When science, strategy, and faith work together, restoration becomes not just possible but inevitable.
