Staci Wells is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her vast experience and expertise.

Her path to coaching began as a domestic violence survivor, where the challenges she faced became the catalyst for her transformation. Embracing life skills learned along her journey to enlightenment, she decided to embark on a mission to guide others toward their best lives.

Her responsibilities of balancing single motherhood while working as a bartender, honed her skills to become the best version of herself. The calling to pursue coaching emerged again in 2021, prompting her to seize the opportunity and obtain her life coaching certification.

She empowers clients to uncover hidden fears, set meaningful goals, and ultimately achieve their life’s passions. Here is what she said.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Since the pandemic, I have been struggling financially.

I believe the hospitality industry has struggled since the shut down.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I believe the coronavirus has affected people mentally and emotionally beyond anything they have ever experienced.

The isolation and lack of resources has had a profound impact on the way people live their lives.

I personally have been impacted financially although i see it as an opportunity to help others which is why I stepped into the life coaching arena.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lesson I learned in the pandemic is to embrace change.

Change is necessary to shift our perspective and keep us moving forward.

I feel it was a way to give us time to reflect on what really matters and how to adjust to unique situations.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a domestic violence survivor.

The life skills I learned as I discovered my path to enlightenment is when I decided I wanted to be a life coach and show others how to live their best lives.

I had seen a course several years earlier although that wasn’t my time to pursue this career path.

I bartended to have a flexible schedule to raise my son as a single mom and worked on myself to become the best version of myself.

When the opportunity presented itself to me again in 2021, I decided to take advantage and obtain my life coaching certification.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle I have overcome is the trauma and PTSD associated with domestic violence.

I have learned to identify the warning signs as well as how they trigger me and how to manage those triggers.

It has definitely made me a stronger, happier person.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I listen passionately to my clients and watch their emotions and body language.

I ask intuitive questions and give them space to dive into their unconscious mind space.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I’m flexible to my clients needs.

I’m available to listen and guide my clients.

I refrain from giving advise.

I like to focus on positivity and moving forward.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Clients benefit from a better understanding of themselves and find opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

I help them uncover hidden fears and work on techniques to overcome them.

I also help them set goals and hold them accountable for achieving their life’s passions.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I have exercises they can do and I also like to incorporate art and yoga and (or) pilates as a way of working through trauma that is hidden in the unconscious mind.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Anything is possible. You just need to believe in yourself that you can achieve the impossible.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have learned in life is my parents raised me the best they new how.

I have forgiven them but I chose to live my life more passionately and free from abuse and manipulation.

Your final thoughts?

Finally, thank you for giving me this opportunity to share my story.

I want to inspire others to go beyond what they know and create a new reality for themselves and their loved ones.
