First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?
Happily we’re doing well.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
It did actually.
While we were sick, we had to organise the whole family in order to still function on a daily level.
Clients are always interested to join a programme online and learn more about Enterprise Agility.
The war and the energy crisis affected us too.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Stay patient, use your time wisely and strive for new learnings.
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I started almost two years ago, and it seems so distant, fast forward 2 years now.
An opportunity happened in the middle of pandemics to join as a partner with an international educational body in the sphere of Enterprise Agility.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
It was to learn how to handle things by myself with litlle or no support.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
We work with people around the globe.
All working groups have the possibility to collaborate and innovate while learning.
Change consultants, agile coaches and transformation agents all learn and collaborate in working pairs.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I tend to engage and energize with my students when teaching, having a tendancy to set foundations of agility as a mindset, and than as a working practice.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They receive many benefits along the way.
More tools in their hands will be available to face challenging situations in their working environments, or how to influence decision makers and important people in their working or living circle.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
We use new tools which are state of the art and not teams or zoom, but new visual platform which offers almost live experience.
Clients can co learn and work in pairs, with all the sessions being interactive 70% + of the time.
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Start living the best version of yourself and stop being afraid about if it comes out wrong.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Just be yourself in whatever you are doing, and try to maintain this habit, daily.
Your final thoughts?
I believe we all have a special super power and are able to share value to other people around us.
My superpower is in the possibility to share positive vibes but also share experience and knowledge on the topics of Enterprise Agility in a fast changing world.
