Deborah DIppolito is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her lively spirit and friendliness.
She is truly a delight to talk to and you can see her passion for helping people even through chat. Her love for life coaching steams even from when she was a kid. She was passionate to help people transform their pain into empowerment.
Her coaching approach is targeting limiting beliefs and thought patterns that are keeping us stuck in life and are not allowing us to live the lives that we dream of.
She guides you to find those limitations within your own psyche and gain clarity for blindspots you might not have even been aware of. Then, she helps you reframe them and transform into a better version of yourself. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Deborah DIppolito:
Name: Deborah DIppolito
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to remove limiting beliefs and thought patterns.
How they can help: By helping you discover and reframe your limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck in life and guide you through a process of transformation.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?
I live in Central Florida and thankfully, my Mom, boyfriend and cat and I are all doing well during this unprecedented time in my lifetime.
I hope you and anyone who may see this is doing well and I like the name, Dejan. It’s unique.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I ‘m doing a lot more teaching online since the pandemic.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
I think the pandemic showed us all that we are resourceful and that our spirit will shine the way through whatever we need to deal with in life.
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I love my coaching career! It was a wish in my heart to help other people learn to transform their limiting thoughts about themselves and turn that pain into empowerment.
I was first introduced to the concept myself when I listened to the late Dr. Wayne Dyer as a young person trying to help myself through my parents’ divorce, a really lousy thing for a kid to have to go through.
Later, the world was introduced to the field of Life Coaching and my younger person’s wish to empower others had a name: Life Coach.
I learned everything and studying anything about transformation. I’m a student and teacher and I love all aspects of personal development.
I was first certified to teach by Mary Morrissey and her company, then by Dr. Joe Vitale and Kathryn Alice, a Love Teacher.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The biggest challenge I’ve overcome is learning that I’m unlimited and lovable.
I have a wonderful love relationship now with a precious partner that I wouldn’t have thought I could do if I didn’t overcome the stuff I lived through from my upbringing (though I love and respect both of my parents dearly). Dad is now in the nonphysical eternal.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I innovate and provide transformation for clients through a process of helping them gain clarity, overcome their limiting thoughts and beliefs and support them, step by step, through a process of transformation.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
My coaching approach is unique because I’m down to earth, friendly and naturally caring.
I have an inner desire for others to heal and that along with my belief in my ability to help, is a powerful calm force that fosters shift in others!
I love this work.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients move energy after working with me and have clarity which is very powerful.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Listening with care, guiding them to discover their limiting beliefs and coaching through a process of transformation.
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
You can live and be the life you passionately desire for yourself. Choose in favor of it!
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I’ve learned is “I’m enough.”
Your final thoughts?
Here’s a Video you can use and call Love will find a way.
