From one task to another, one problem to another, it’s like you have slipped on the ice when you were 7 and you are trying to get back on your feet all your life.

That’s not how anyone should live!

Do not follow what everyone else is doing.

You can take care of your health no matter if others don’t.

You can practice quality sleep no matter if the majority of the world like to stay up till 5AM every night and sleep 3 hours.

You can eat a healthy diet no matter if all your friends eat unhealthy, sugary, processed food.

You can practice healthy habits no matter if all around you people consume poisons.

You don’t have to play like others!

You can play your own game!

You can take care of your energy!

You can live your life on your own terms!

As we mentioned, most people live their life like their battery is 50% full when they wake up in the morning.

This is because of their unhealthy life choices.

This choices are depleting them from their energy.

Sometimes depression can sneak its way and affect us. It can happen to anyone.

Sleep for 8 hours, don’t go to sleep later than 1AM, sleep in a completely dark room away from electronics and noise.

2. Healthy food and way of eating.

The food you give to your body can make your body’s job harder or easier depending on what you eat.

The more the food it’s processed, the harder it is for your body to consume it.

Think about feeding your body the right amount of healthy nutrients as a primary focus when you decide what to eat, not about what tastes good.

The food gives you energy, so make sure it doesn’t cost your body extra effort to unpack it.

3. Breathing in the right way.

Most of us breathe in a wrong way.

You should have up to 5 full and deep breaths through your nose in 1 minute.

That’s the perfect ratio when it comes to how you should breathe.

But most of us breathe shallow and fast, through our mouth, and it causes us extra anxiety as this kind of breathing activates our sympathetic nervous system.
