Let me share with you my latest results. My energy field is vast and it is highly damaged (denied...it is in perfect shape). I started to spend a lot of time in a strong magnetic earth field, a healthy pine forest and a wild ocean with incredible energy. My essence said if we proceed we will have a lot of our DNA changed, also pointing out there might be many parts of me left here when she has departed, so she desires me to to rest in that field, probably someday a seed that will grow into some kind of invisible child, independant, some sort of unique being. Nonetheless, we started to proceed to have our aura healed with natural DNA. I drink nearly daily fresh pine tea. Let me tell you what I have observed: My sleeping rythym has changed. I am awake at night for many hours and just sleep a few hours in the day. I turned very quiet, centred and being in a high frequency. My thoughts have nearly come to a standstill. I cannot feel the ocean and the forest anymore, as I have entered the same frequency and sound field. I can feel the forest in my aura growing etherical substance. My mind and my conciousness are very clear and strong like never before. I was able to do deep clearing and therefore the presence of my essence is stronger then ever before. I did not give up hope yet for a final beauty moment before it is too late. All I need is Youtube and a mat. I chose daily between full body work out and stomach, legs butt, usually 25 minutes. I chose between a couple of favorites streching for 15-25 minutes, usually in the evening. Everyday I chose two of those short body part ones for health mainly. Arms, shoulder, feet, hips, etc. They usually last 5-10 minutes each. So all together I do one hour spread in the day and it shows. I highly recommend the German videos by Liebscher & Bracht. Energetically not ideal but good videos in case of pain and injuries. I am easy to convince to find out about new things and to try. Around 13 years ago, I was able to buy every week fresh herbs on the market. I mixed them as a smoothy and I was beautiful, radiant and the best version of myself. I live in Europe`s biggest pine forest. I went into the forest to search for herbs. I wanted to just take plants home and try them, but was reminded I might poison myself. So I need to buy a book on herbs and learn first. Nonetheless, I looked up at these high frequency pine trees that are beautiful beyond words. I started to take home their pine and make tea out of it. My overall well-being has significantly increased and it smells so good. I am addicted to it. Things can be so cheap and easy. I have been investigating thoughts for a decade now and it is really a topic for itself, worth an article. Depending on your original origin and in what way you are attached to your body, thoughts are running programs, the morphogenetic fields, the fields of the people around you, inserted thoughts, expectations, memory, thought loops, and a lot more. Most important is the understanding that I am not my thoughts. I am the observer of my thoughts, original or developped conciousness. I try to have total control on my thoughts, when I dislike them I deny them and affirm positive thoughts. Thinking takes a lot of your energy and gives energy mostly to others. Keep it to yourself and dont think. Learn who you are. Are you thoughts loving and kind? If not, thrive to become a love based being and change your thoughts to love. Eventually your being will follow. I worked hard to re-fragment my essence and to center it firmly within. I hardly have thoughts anymore. More intuition, an empty void filled with love. I am now for long period of times my true essence and that is beautiful. The higher the frequency and the more connected to creation`s heart and love, the more one is in a protected bubble of unconditional love, BEING instead of thinking. In ideal case, you love so much what you are doing for work, so that you dont have to strongly differentiate between work and personal life. Mostly this is not the case. Still, try to love your work and honor it. Most importantly stay centred and surrounded by love and gratitude at all times, to surf the best timeline and to be protected. The higher your frequency, the more difficult it gets to work for somebody else in fix structures. Souls are full of life, want to play, want to be creative. What does your soul want? It is never to late to fulfill your dreams and to change the path. When looking overall at my mission, I have by far the worst job of all creation, but hey, I still love it.
