Hi beautiful souls, how do I handle uncertainty and the unknown. This is a highly important question which goes in line with intuition. My experience has shown that one should not follow any guide out there, in particular not the ones that are highly successful and have a wide spread audience. The truth lies in the unseen and the unknown. It takes courage to search for truth and to swim against the courant. Recognizing true hearts. I somehow got used to a high degree of uncertainty at all times. I have decided to live happily and to adapt as good as possible to what I cannot change. With the right handling, uncertainty can change into certainty. My radius has gotten small with a radius of 20 km with my electrique bike. This limit gives me certainty and protection. I have the responsibility of others, animals and myself. I often have to take decisions not really knowing anything or only knowing half-truths. If we all want to leave this realm one day, it is essential to bravely walk into a certain direction. This means daily life changes and serious daily energy work. Either I lead, .... I am only half strict with what I believe I need to be doing in preparation of the unknown. Finding a middle way in respect of my physical self, as love and happiness are also essential in the rise of one`s essence. Any signature, any touch, one wrong decision can be very harmful. I remember when I was younger, I spent many years in different countries, living and studying there. I would happily sell my belongings and just jump. I went to India all together for 9 months as a single lady. I moved to France in 2021 as outer circumstances forced me. There was a point when I became a single mother in a foreign country, not knowing well the language and struggling to making it through. I remember back then it was the calmness and the love in my heart and the willingness to fight that got me though this unknown time. In 2023 I fell in love with the French Atlantique Coast after one week of camping. It took me one morning and one look into the pine forest to take the decision to move there permanently as the only responsible one. Here I am, living modest but at least now secured. This was only possible because of my heart`s love and determination, and my competence to get along with the French. I am a brave heart and I dived into the unknown many times. At the same time I am shy and scared. I would love to hide myself behind a strong man that is able to protect me, but there is none. What choice is there? My life path ahead is the unknown, but I will walk it firmly. It is my advise to be brave to walk an unknown path that you feel in your heart is right. THe easy way is not always the right one. Hi beautiful souls, there are many things I wish I would have started sooner. The list is endless. Dear beautiful souls, how has my definition evolved over the years? When looking back at my life I did not have much reason to be happy. But I always had this inner child, this passionate being that always thrived for happiness despite circumstances and hardship, always standing up again, it did not matter how painful the fall was. 2 1/2 years ago I had this severe car accident together with my precious boy. In an instant I had lost all areas of my life. We even had to return to my "home" country for 1 year and 4 months. It was a nightmare. I decided it will be an easy time, we will fully recover and we will be happy despite the outside. And we were... I started a profound change within and looked at all aspects of my life. I embarked on a deep journey within. Now I am in control of all and building carefully my life again, bit by bit. Sometimes it is good to be back on zero, so one can re-do and change. Dear beautiful souls, to deal with intuition is in my opinion the most essential for everybody. Intuition is the first glance or long term reaction of the unity of the parts of your being based on emotional signals to put it in simple words. When was a time when intuition led me into the right direction? When asking me this highly important question, I asked myself more the questions how many times I ignored my intuition and drowned. Each of us is different, where we are from, what origin we are, why we are here, how much energy hold the different parts of us (subconciousness, ego, body program, body, conciousness, essence). I looked back into my past and investigated each important decision and if I followed intuition or not, what the outcome was, etc. This way I learned significantly about my strengths and weaknesses. This procedure is highly recommendable. Well, the awakened ones will know that everything out there is to doubt and what we see and experience has limited validity. Too much deception. Intuition derives more from the astral realm and a higher perspective we often cannot grasp. My intuition is being led by my major players within, my body based conciousness, my essence and also essence parts that are somewhere else. We are going in active conversation on why the feeling is as it is and what is there to consider. This has been an ongoing work for 12 years. This way the basis of decision making is as good as possible communicated. Also I believe/know the grace of creation`s heart is running through me and is also influencing my intuition. The internet is full of advices on how to best leave once you drop your physical body. Well, some might be AI created. What is real? There will come a time when you maybe desire to form a solid eternal essence and leave these realms. Dear beautiful souls, to ask oneself about "meaning in everyday moments" is fundamental. I remember the first 70 percent of my life, the outer experiences and circumstances shaped my happiness. I was a victim of the outside world, whose validitly is highly to be questioned. For many years now I have been actively trying to be centred and to re-fragment my essence despite what is ongoing around me. I took much more control and withdraw myself from unnecessary scenes or rather programs. I marked my territory and stand strong in it. My essence and I learned a lot about us and we try to find a way to make both of us happy as the needs and opinions might differ. The inner conversation and agreement with one`s essence is of upmost importance. My essence is well anchored within and we try to be in a state of constant unconditional love. This reflects back from the outside world in a positive way. At the same time I also value other emotions, in particular melancholy and tears in the rain. I am detaching more and more from the outside world, a slow exit so to say. What am I without....? The owner of my apartment is a French Swiss couple. They were married 66 years when he died just a few weeks ago., A man full of decency, pride and honor. Still going to work in his company once in a while, treating me with the highest respect, and giving his love to his wife and family. Today I spoke to his wife. She seemed stronger and determined to move on. I told her she had a very happy marriage for 66 years and should focus on this incredible gift instead of this heart aching loss. I carry within this love energy and I upmost protect it. This helps me to shape my reality and find meaning in at least most moments. I admit I am not very happy to be incarnated here, but I honor my life force given by creation`s heart and therefore appreciate my presence, also in these circumstances, meaning in every moment if possible. Dear beautiful souls, in former times my confidence derived from the nomal life pillars one usually has. Job, appearance, good relationships, etc. It felt fake, especially as I was living a life in contrast to my essence true origin and being with its qualities. It was difficult for my essence to function in an identity and body that is not hers. Values that have been born in a questionable reality. The rat race where one can only loose. I decided to give myself back to my original essence, the quality of my true origin and back to nature. I desire my life to be changed in living a simple life in the forest at the beach, growing my own food, etc. I focus on recovering my vast energetic presence of me and my loved ones and to walk strongly forward into the unknown. When things get tough, I try to be even more centred and calm. In calmness lies the real strength. As much as possible lying down and being surrounded by my own energy field. Constant communication to your own higher being/conciousness/heart and pro-active thinking will prevent that one gets in tough situations. Dear beautiful soul, I was in love but it did not work out. I was heart aching and I wrote my first poem book to heal. It is my beloved bundle of love, the best I have ever created. At the moment I feel that I am not anymore able to express myself verbally and I might not talk much anymore as my frequency cannot adapt anymore to my body. I will have to change my life and work around a bit to adapt. Dear beautiful souls, it is my honor to write to you. I am this constant scientist out of passion, looking and observing all around me and do I dot connection. Let me share with you my latest results. My energy field is vast and it is highly damaged (denied...it is in perfect shape). I started to spend a lot of time in a strong magnetic earth field, a healthy pine forest and a wild ocean with incredible energy. My essence said if we proceed we will have a lot of our DNA changed, also pointing out there might be many parts of me left here when she has departed, so she desires me to to rest in that field, probably someday a seed that will grow into some kind of invisible child, independant, some sort of unique being. Nonetheless, we started to proceed to have our aura healed with natural DNA. I drink nearly daily fresh pine tea. Let me tell you what I have observed: My sleeping rythym has changed. I am awake at night for many hours and just sleep a few hours in the day. I turned very quiet, centred and being in a high frequency. My thoughts have nearly come to a standstill. I cannot feel the ocean and the forest anymore, as I have entered the same frequency and sound field. I can feel the forest in my aura growing etherical substance. My mind and my conciousness are very clear and strong like never before. I was able to do deep clearing and therefore the presence of my essence is stronger then ever before. My appearance and my health benefit a lot. I am deeply rooted with love with nature. Only then this is possible. I dont know where it is leading me but for my essence this feels right at the moment based upon intuition. Please observe where you share a lot of space with others. I just went to a creative market where all kind of artists would sell their creations of all kinds: paintings, jewellery, wooden items, decorations, etc. I have to be very creative when writing. Suddenly comes an idea and I just start writing and creativity flows when I am excited about what I am doing and I give my heart purpose to it. A childish, curious approach in connection to Mother Earth`s electric field can entail huge fun and creativity. Movement in joy will boost your creativity, while horse riding is my best advise. Horses are holy. Riding on them with awe. Dancing to your favorite fun music, etc. If you not creative at all, accept it, and look at other talents that are yours, as every being has its own unique, valuable qualities within and these might be in other fields. Hi Beautiful souls again, I would like to share with you my current sport and fitness challenge. I started to a daily sport program spread over the whole day. I did not give up hope yet for a final beauty moment before it is too late. All I need is Youtube and a mat. I chose daily between full body work out and stomach, legs butt, usually 25 minutes. I chose between a couple of favorites streching for 15-25 minutes, usually in the evening. Everyday I chose two of those short body part ones for health mainly. Arms, shoulder, feet, hips, etc. They usually last 5-10 minutes each. So all together I do one hour spread in the day and it shows. I highly recommend the German videos by Liebscher & Bracht. Energetically not ideal but good videos in case of pain and injuries. I am easy to convince to find out about new things and to try. Around 13 years ago, I was able to buy every week fresh herbs on the market. I mixed them as a smoothy and I was beautiful, radiant and the best version of myself. I live in Europe`s biggest pine forest. I went into the forest to search for herbs. I wanted to just take plants home and try them, but was reminded I might poison myself. So I need to buy a book on herbs and learn first. Nonetheless, I looked up at these high frequency pine trees that are beautiful beyond words. I started to take home their pine and make tea out of it. My overall well-being has significantly increased and it smells so good. I am addicted to it. Things can be so cheap and easy. Dear beautiful soul, how do I deal with negative thoughts? I have been investigating thoughts for a decade now and it is really a topic for itself, worth an article. Depending on your original origin and in what way you are attached to your body, thoughts are running programs, the morphogenetic fields, the fields of the people around you, inserted thoughts, expectations, memory, thought loops, and a lot more. Most important is the understanding that I am not my thoughts. I am the observer of my thoughts, original or developped conciousness. I try to have total control on my thoughts, when I dislike them I deny them and affirm positive thoughts. Thinking takes a lot of your energy and gives energy mostly to others. Sometimes the symphony sounds cracky and the way forward, that feels aligned and clean, might not be aligned with your sense of security, plans, environment or your loved ones. Sometimes the sense behind cannot be outlined at a pre-certain time. There might be a very quiet inner voice that tells to look. An awakened being learns every day and therefore the goals change regularly. One needs to stay flexible and adjust at fast pace to new knowledge and development. An awakened, heart-based being should have only one major long term goal. To leave this place and to return to your origin. To change from dark to light, to change from evil to love, to change from illusion to reality, to change from lies to truth. To walk the path out requires a lot of strengths and determination. The best case scenario is that you love your work and personal life alike and there is no need to differentiate. In earlier times I remember that I would compensate the agony in one part with the other part and the other way around. There were long times where both parts were a mess and only hope kept me balanced. Finally I found the best method. Rest in peace and unconditional love all gets much easier, whatever hardship. An accident got me back to zero. A chance for profound changes. Now that I have grown, I grow my unique tree of life. I guide my ship in safe havens. I grow again both parts of life and there is for now only love flowing. It is never to late to change your job or leave your partner if the love is gone.

Since I spoke about this before, I take for now another one: "Never let anybody guide you, guide yourself. Listen only to your heart and it will sing to you." by Spirit of White. It does not matter who we originally are, most of us consist of the human body and its intelligence, the conciousness, the astral body (pre-play) and the original essence/being/entity. In adddition, we have in our unity the intuition of creation`s heart as well as the connection to love. All of this should together guide you the way, and you will have a clear and right path ahead. I have learned to identify these different voices, the symfony sometimes sounding cracky. Finding out the needs, make corrections. Be open to spontaneous timeline changes. One can usually only build something when being willing to make mistakes and to face failure. Try to avoid it by being very prudent with every step you take and think of possible consequences. Experience is of upmost benefit. Learn from other examples, listen to others and learn from their failure. I had to learn at a young age to walk on broken glass, to swim in muddy water, to survive, to be brave. I had to, sometimes not knowing what the outcome would be. I move nowadays strongly forward, not allowing failure anymore. I deny it. Sometime there is no time to decide what is right and wrong and only intuition guides me forward. Furthermore, there is no failure, if you and your loved ones are happy, healthy, have enough means of living and you feel like you are walking on the right path by listening to the call of primordial creation.
