Bene George is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her focus and resilience.
She is on a mission to reunite business and life (with clarity, compassion, and a healthy dose of sass) in a world that often keeps them separate. Though she doesn’t call herself a coach, her work as a Virtual Admin Assistant and business clarity strategist goes far beyond to do lists and time blocks.
She helps overwhelmed women (many of them neurodivergent or simply exhausted from spinning too many plates) cut through the chaos and build systems that actually work for their real lives.
She didn’t follow a straight path to get here. From navigating childhood trauma and isolation in a foreign country to escaping toxic workplaces and burnout, she’s lived the very struggles her clients face. Her journey fuels her work, making her approach deeply relatable and rooted in real life resilience. She now blends mindset reframing, structure, and heart to help others rewrite their own stories, starting with simplicity, self belief, and finally feeling like they’ve got this. Here is what she said…
Name: Bene George
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Overwhelmed women in business (some neurodivergent, many spinning multiple plates) who want to strip away the chaos, simplify processes, and bring clarity.
How they can help: Through her signature CLARITY Method.
Like many, we’ve had our share of challenges.
Home schooling two children, juggling a toddler, and running a business all at once was one of the big ones!
But we’ve come out of it stronger, more resilient, and more connected.
My children are adapting and learning in their own unique ways (neurodivergence included!), and my husband and I have found a new rhythm.
Since then, everything has shifted: a new job for my husband, an ever evolving business for me, and new stages of life for the children.
The pandemic reminded us just how adaptable we can be when the rule book gets thrown out the window.
My VA work actually started just before the pandemic, but I quickly realised it magnified what was already there: overwhelm, lack of systems, and blurred boundaries between work and home.
For many, it became the breaking point that forced them to seek help.
For me, it was a moment of truth: my services weren’t just “nice to have” anymore, they were essential.
It also changed the way my industry was perceived.
The pandemic opened the door to acceptance and trust in remote working.
Business leaders began to understand that productivity doesn’t depend on physical presence, but on results.
They realised that if we embrace flexibility and trust our people to work in ways that suit their lives, we don’t just get the work done.
We also build loyalty, improve wellbeing, and boost retention.
That perfection is overrated.
In fact, striving for it had always been my enemy.
Adaptability is everything, and community is essential.
The businesses that survived weren’t necessarily the slickest or most polished, they were the ones willing to pivot, ask for help, and prioritise connection over perfection.
While I’m not a coach in the traditional sense, my role as a Virtual Admin Assistant and business clarity strategist naturally involves coaching elements.
I work with overwhelmed women in business (some neurodivergent, many spinning multiple plates) to strip away the chaos, simplify processes, and bring clarity.
My career as a VA began with a much needed push from a friend!
After years of juggling motherhood, toxic workplaces, and my own burnout, I’m really excited and happy to be building a business that allows me to support others in a way I wish I’d had myself.
Moving to England at age 8, leaving behind everything familiar, being placed in a traumatic boarding school experience, and navigating the world with no family nearby shaped my resilience.
It taught me self reliance, empathy, and an unshakable belief that we can rewrite our own stories, no matter how they start.
I focus on the real world, not just theory.
My approach is practical, accessible, and tailored to each individual.
I don’t hand over a shiny plan that sits in a drawer.
We create processes that work for their actual lives.
I blend admin support, empathy, mindset reframing, and a healthy dash of sass to empower them to take control of their business without burning out.
I understand where they are coming from… been there, done it… worn the T shirt!
I don’t separate life from business.
They are intertwined.
I work with the whole person, not just their to do list.
My approach is equal parts strategy, structure, mindset, and heart, and I meet people exactly where they are, whether they’re in “WTF” mode or ready to step into “OMG, I’ve got this!”
They gain clarity, confidence, and breathing space.
They regain control over their time and energy.
I want them to feel lighter, more focused, confident in themselves, and able to enjoy their business (and life) again.
Absolutely.
I use a mix of project management tools, automation software, and my signature CLARITY Method.
But honestly, my most powerful tool is empathy.
Really listening to clients and tailoring solutions to fit them, not the other way around.
There is no shame around me.
Nothing is too trivial, nothing is too silly.
You don’t have to do it all, and you definitely don’t have to do it alone.
There is no medal for burnout.
Ask for help, set boundaries, and build a life and business that work for you.
Because you rock!
That clarity creates confidence.
When you strip away the noise, the fear, and the “shoulds,” what you’re left with is the truth of what matters, and from there, everything becomes easier.
And just as important: never doubt yourself.
You are stronger than you think.
We put ourselves down far too easily.
Don’t compare yourself to others, you are unique and brilliant.
Lean into that, own it, and maximise it.
Clarity is not about being perfect or having all the answers.
It’s about creating space to breathe, think, and move forward with purpose.
Being adaptable, as life is never constantly the same.
Whether in life or business, when you strip away the chaos, you make room for the good stuff.
