Sally Stockreisser is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her focus and passion.
She began her journey in the world of education, where she thrived on empowering children (especially those facing emotional challenges) to believe in their potential. But when motherhood called her to pause her career, her world shifted inward. The silence and solitude brought unexpected clarity: being alone with her own mind wasn’t easy. Driven by her analytical nature, she turned to neuroscience and psychology not just for answers, but for transformation. What she discovered didn’t just change her, it became the spark for a new path.
She used the same research backed methods that helped her heal to support her children, family, and eventually friends of friends. What began as personal growth evolved into a coaching practice rooted in logic, empathy, and sustainable emotional tools. Her background in teaching gave her a unique edge: the ability to break down complex emotional patterns into actionable, individualized steps. Clients don’t just feel better, they learn how to stay better, building self trust and emotional strength that lasts.
She now helps people transform self criticism into self worth, and burnout into balance. Her coaching is a blend of science and soul, offering clients the skills to navigate their inner world with clarity and calm. Whether it’s quieting perfectionism, healing from emotional overwhelm, or learning to trust oneself again, she guides with care, precision, and a deep belief in the power of change. Here is what she said…

We are transformed in some incredible ways!
This is because when I was navigating the pandemic, I was trying my best but had yet to develop the emotional skills that have now changed my life forever and rippled out to benefit my entire family.
We are all much more regulated.
We take emotional responsibility as individuals (most of the time!), whilst also being there for each other with unwavering support.
I now have a thriving relationship with myself that was previously non existent and have created the opportunity to pass my skills on to others, which is such a privilege.
Although my business was created post pandemic, I would offer the experience had a huge social impact in being a massive emotional equaliser.
Suddenly, everyone was experiencing significant emotional challenge, and there was so much more emotional expression rather than social performance.
That without emotional self support and empowerment skills, you only ever feel as good as the ability of those around you to provide support.
When you learn to support yourself, it’s life changing.
I’m 39, have two children aged 9 and 11, and I love the outdoors and meaningful connection with other people.
My background is in education.
I taught in a school where there were lots of children with additional challenges, especially emotional, and I loved empowering them to see what was possible.
I then took a career break when I had my second daughter because my husband was travelling internationally with work, and we both wanted me to be readily available to them whilst they were young.
We were lucky enough to have the choice to do just that, and it’s time and opportunity that I’m so glad I had with them both.
That said, my world suddenly became very small, and I suddenly realised that being with my own brain 24 hours, 7 days per week… was not a nice place to be!
I’ve always been very analytical, and this has been a curse as well as a blessing.
In this instance, it served me, leading me to change my life forever.
As I used graduate research skills to apply psychology and neuroscience to my every day, I was blown away by the transformation I experienced.
Once I knew it was possible to learn your way to a new emotional experience, I was lucky enough to be able to pass my skills pathway onto my children, dad, friends, and then friends of friends.
This is how my business started to take shape.
It was all very organic but wonderful to see how such skills could benefit others too in the same incredible ways!
I would say the biggest impact on my life was caring for and nursing my beloved granddad as he navigated the impact of a very significant stroke for two years before slowly dying of cancer.
I am glad I had the opportunity to support him, my mum, and Nan through such a difficult time.
But being only 14, my brain responded with a new awareness of the fragility and privilege of life.
I had significant emotional challenge afterwards and received fantastic therapy for this.
But what stayed with me was what life is all about: love, connection, and value.
I am constantly reading and absorbing new ways of thinking, psychology, and neuroscience.
I think this is just as important for my clients as it is for me.
Sometimes, rephrasing a concept or an idea talks to their brain so much more effectively.
Also, I am always tailoring my content to their deepest thought processes and individual circumstances, so I’m always kept on my toes!
With a teaching background, what is unique about my approach is providing the individualised micro steps that clients can then practice and apply between sessions.
They provide the secret to sustained transformation and create such a positive cycle of self trust and positive momentum in the client.
My initial skills provide clients with the ability to:
Should they wish to, my other skills support individuals with transforming:
I follow the exact skills pathway I developed for myself, focusing on logical progression.
Active listening and detailed application, pre and post analysis, and ongoing scaffolding reviews are all tools I use.
