<title>When Past Lives Hold the Key to Healing a Relationship

The knowledge of past lives can be remarkably powerful in
couples therapy.

Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with several couples who came to me separately. Usually, one partner comes first and later recommends the work to the other. Every session is strictly confidential, but when I uncover information that may have a direct impact on the other partner, I sometimes suggest that certain aspects be shared. The results, in terms of mutual understanding, tolerance and acceptance, can be extraordinary.

Let me tell you about one couple. I will call them Ana and Ricardo.

Ricardo came to me with a deep sense of anguish caused by extreme jealousy. He told me that he became anxious when his wife dressed up, went out with her friends or even when she was simply at home, because his mind was constantly tormented by the thought that she might betray him at any moment.

He also complained that she did not fully surrender during intimate moments.

When we accessed one of Ricardo’s past lives, he and Ana were also a couple. They had been deeply in love, a very happy couple who were the envy of those around them. But Ana was secretly desired by a neighbour who had become obsessively attracted to her.

One day, Ricardo left to travel, and the neighbour saw an opportunity to approach Ana. When he saw her returning from shopping, he offered to carry her bags and accompanied her home. As she thanked him and said goodbye, he asked her for a glass of water. Ana could not bring herself to refuse.

Once inside, he deliberately prolonged his stay, making conversation. Ana did not want to be rude, although she was becoming increasingly anxious for him to leave, so she continued talking to him. Eventually, the neighbour leaned towards her and kissed her.

At that precise moment, Ricardo walked through the door. He had not actually gone on his trip because of an unexpected change of plans.

When he saw the scene, he was devastated. His shock quickly turned into rage and violence. Ana desperately tried to explain what had happened, but he simply refused to believe her. He insulted her and accused her of betraying him. Ana would later confirm that his violent and enraged reaction was remarkably similar to the way Ricardo behaved in their present life.

And so, in that moment, their once happy marriage came to an end.

When Ricardo learned about this information, he was deeply shaken. From that point onwards, his behaviour changed radically. He began to trust his wife more, following the guidance he had received in our sessions.

Ana also complained about Ricardo’s jealousy, but that was not her main concern. Her deeper struggle was connected to her se3uality, which also confirmed Ricardo’s complaints about her difficulty surrendering during intimacy.

When we explored several of Ana’s past lives, we encountered experiences in which she had been desired, abused and disrespected by men. That energy seemed to have followed her into her life, where she had once again awakened the obsessive desire of her neighbor.

She also carried the belief that intimacy was something shameful or sinful, which contributed to her resistance in this area.

Because of this trauma, she had learned to hide her beauty. This was also why Ricardo’s jealousy did not affect her as much as one might expect.

In our sessions, however, we worked on her self-esteem and on the way she perceived herself as a woman. Ricardo was advised that, more than ever, he would need to trust his wife, because she was becoming more magnetic, and that was exactly how it should be. She deserved to feel free to be herself.

Ricardo accepted this well, especially because he had already worked through the roots of his jealousy.

In fact, he was very pleased with the changes he saw in his wife. According to him, she seemed different, more open, and their sexual relationship had improved considerably.

Ana also said that they had returned to the intimacy they had shared during the early days of their marriage.

This is just one of many examples in which conflicts and misunderstandings can begin to dissolve when couples understand the deeper reasons behind certain reactions, habits and circumstances through the perspective of past-life information.

Partners begin to understand each other’s wounds. They develop empathy and can actively contribute to each other’s healing and transformation.

But this only happens when there is love.

There have been many occasions when the sessions revealed that a relationship had already reached its limit, particularly when the dynamic was damaging one partner’s self-esteem.

But I believe that when a relationship is truly worth saving, life creates opportunities for healing, resolution and transformation.</title>

<title>In a world where the priority is often to make enough money to own a home, have a car, build a happy family, gain status and achieve financial security, people do not always end up in jobs that make them happy.

Many do not even know what that feels like. Others have never considered that it might actually be possible to be happy at work.

The result is a huge number of people who are dissatisfied, exhausted, unwell, and counting down the days until the weekend or their next holiday, sometimes with anxiety and even desperation.

Of course, there are times when people simply do not have a choice. Work becomes a matter of survival or responsibility: putting food on the table, paying the rent, or taking care of those who depend on them. These are circumstances I would describe as karmic: specific and individual challenges that we may carry as part of our life lessons.

But when we do have a choice, many people tend to prioritize a “good job” and a good salary doing what they genuinely love, or what they are naturally gifted at.

Sometimes, those gifts are so innate that we barely notice them ourselves. Other times, they remain undiscovered simply because we have never had the opportunity, time or space to explore them.

This is why it is so important to know who you are. To take time to be with yourself. To discover yourself, observe yourself, and ultimately find yourself.

Along that journey, we can begin by experimenting with things that bring us pleasure. It could be a hobby, a new experience, or simply looking back at our own history and noticing what we have done with ease, what we genuinely enjoyed, what made an impact on someone else, or what filled us with a sense of pride.

And perhaps most importantly, our heart knows what makes us happy.

Our soul vibrates when it is finally given the opportunity to express what it knows it came here to do.

That feeling is unmistakable. And it is almost impossible to ignore.

When it happens, stop everything for a moment. You may be receiving one of the most important messages of your life.

Now, there are a few important things to consider, because some aspects of modern life can make this process much harder.

First, many people do not truly know themselves, nor do they give themselves enough time to discover what they are naturally good at and what they genuinely love doing.

Second, many of these talents are not recognized as official professions today.

It might be something as simple as having a gift for making people happy.

Have you ever seen “making people happy” listed as a profession, with a salary and an employment contract?

I haven&#039;t.

If you have, please tell me about it or share it with me!

So, how do we get there?

How do we recognize our talents?

Here are a few things that may help you along the way:

&#x2728; People compliment you on something you had never even realized you were exceptionally good at.

&#x2728; Life presents you with opportunities that seem to fall into your lap, inviting you to try something new that you instinctively feel you will enjoy.

&#x2728; Your heart fills with joy, like a child&#039;s on Christmas Eve.

&#x2728; There is no hesitation. You simply want to dive in headfirst. Or, sometimes, the opposite happens: you feel afraid because you are stepping into the unknown.

&#x2728; You would happily do it even if nobody paid you.

What do all these things have in common?

Pleasure. Enjoyment. Excitement. Recognition.

When I allow myself to be guided by these signs, I begin to create a path towards discovering, and eventually activating, my natural talents.

There is another important shift that happens along the way: I learn to associate contentment and pleasure with work, and to recognize them as essential ingredients rather than luxuries.

And what happens when we experience these moments again and again?

We become happier.

And when the soul finds itself doing something it has always known it was meant to do, something extraordinary happens.

We begin to feel proud of ourselves. We admire ourselves. And that naturally leads to a deeper sense of self-worth and self-esteem.

The cherry on top of the whole experience of happiness.

Because something happens that so many people spend their entire lives tirelessly searching for:

fulfilment.</title>

				<title>GUILT: THE SILENT ENEMY

We often talk about fear and the ego as our greatest enemies. But there is another one that can be even more dangerous because it often hides behind our personality:

Guilt.

Guilt restricts us, punishes us and slowly breaks down our self-esteem. It can even keep us in a lower spiritual vibration.

We can feel guilty for what we did, for what happened, for resting, feeling pleasure , even for succeeding.

And sometimes, that guilt was never ours to carry.

It can come from words repeatedly spoken to us, painful experiences or traumas from long ago. Sometimes, we carry guilt for things we were never responsible for.

So, how do we begin to uncover it?

&#x2728; Identify the guilt.
&#x2728; Notice how your body reacts when you feel it.
&#x2728; Then ask yourself:

“If I allow myself to be or act this way, what am I afraid will happen? What might I hear?”

Or:

“What happened — and what was I told — when I acted this way before?”

&#x1f449; This is where the answer often lies.

Once we understand where the guilt comes from, we can begin to rewrite the story and reprogram the body through meditation, movement and conscious awareness.

And if we truly made a mistake, we take responsibility, apologize and learn from it.

That is how guilt becomes growth.

Simple? Yes.
Easy? Not always.

But with patience, we can heal, grow and finally release the guilt that was never ours to carry.</title>

<title>*Sometimes the answer lies in a past life.*

The journey of self-discovery is deeply rewarding. Today, access to information, new techniques, and different forms of therapy has never been easier. But have you ever noticed that sometimes we learn certain facts, become experts in theory, yet still can&#039;t act on what we&#039;ve learned? Or sometimes we don&#039;t even need to look that far. There are things we simply can&#039;t bring ourselves to do, and we don&#039;t know why.

Why would someone sabotage their own success? A great love? A great dream? Why do I feel guilty when I rest? Why do I get along effortlessly with some people and struggle with others? Why can&#039;t I change?

Strange, isn&#039;t it? And often contradictory. Usually, the answer to that contradiction lies in one or several past lives. Let me explain. The ego&#039;s job is to keep us safe, and if it senses any kind of danger that could threaten us, it will do everything in its power to stop it. Sometimes it&#039;s not even a danger to life, but a danger of suffering. And if the memory of that suffering is tied to the final moments of a life, the ego will fight even harder to protect us.

So how exactly does someone end up sabotaging their own success, a great love, or a great dream? If, in a past life, someone achieved success and was persecuted or killed because of it, and that experience was never emotionally processed, in the present life the subconscious will do everything possible to stay hidden or avoid standing out. Because the ego decides it&#039;s safer to live in poverty or restriction than to risk losing one&#039;s life again.

The same applies to love. If someone experienced full, happy love in a past life and then lost it suddenly, through death or separation, without ever processing it emotionally, the ego will refuse to love deeply or connect again, terrified of experiencing that kind of loss and pain once more. I know this pattern well. It&#039;s my own story.

And finally, any dream we long to fulfill can be sabotaged by a memory of it having gone wrong, or never having come true at all.

Starting to make sense? It&#039;s in exactly these situations that understanding what happened in a past life becomes incredibly powerful and freeing. I need to return, energetically, to that circumstance, understand it, and give it new meaning, in order to free my present.

Let me share an example. A client once came to me, not because she was searching for answers or solutions, but out of curiosity, after seeing how much my sessions had impacted a friend of hers. In fact, she was already quite happy with her life. She and her husband had twins conceived through artificial insemination, after years of trying to have children.

In one of the past lives we explored together, her husband had taken her newborn away from her right after birth. They were poor at the time, and he had arranged to sell the child. The pain she experienced was so overwhelming that it left a lasting imprint, stored in her memory and in her energetic system. In this life, her ego refused to conceive, terrified of living through that same devastation again. In other words, something she consciously wanted more than anything in this life, her ego was unconsciously blocking.

This realization brought her deep peace, and remarkably, she became pregnant just months later, going on to have a biological child.

This is just one small example among so many I&#039;ve witnessed throughout my professional and personal life. For those who don&#039;t believe in past lives, healing is also possible by revisiting childhood, as proven by the renowned American physician Brian Weiss, famous for his discoveries on healing through past life memories. But what I can tell you is this: when we come to know the exact circumstances that shaped our pain or fear, healing becomes far more powerful, complete, and permanently filed away in the subconscious, which from that moment on stops being the enemy.</title>
